Bowen to Laura 2001

We took a dusty, rutted, dirt road many miles from Cooktown so that we could visit Split Rock near Laura. This series of paintings shows "long toms" (fish), a turtle and some footprints. From here we drove to the town. There wasn't much there so we headed back to Cooktown before dark.
