Dancing Girl

Dancing is very important in Aitutaki. The style is like Tahiti, and Aitutaki groups often win contests there. We saw several performances at dinner clubs, and all were excellent. The dancers wore many flowers, "grass" skirts, and the women wore coconut shell bras.
