Lavoni Village

Lavoni Village nestles in the center of Ovalau Island, and its strong defences were never penetrated. The village was finally conquered by treachery, when a "peace conference" turned into a massacre. The villagers were dispersed among many islands so they could no longer pose a threat to their conqueror. Proud descendents returned to their ancestral home, and are still resentful.
