Jerry With Yellowfin Tuna

On our way from Tonga to Savusavu (on Vanua Levu Island in Fiji) we caught a Yellowfin Tuna. Since that time we have caught many more. We had no refrigeration when we caught this one. We often dried some of the meat if we didn't find a villager to share it with, but now with a freezer on the catamaran, what we can't eat we freeze right away.
