Tekenteiti Benson of Kuma Village

Tekenteiti (pronounced "tay-ken-tase") and many others in Kuma are Pentacostal. The village elders forbid alcohol and do not permit visits to yachts after dark. However, Tekenteiti arrived one day full of "sour toddy" (fermented coconut sap), and our dinghy anchor disappeared for a week, but was "found" and returned just before we left. We didn't entirely trust these villagers.
