Standing Buddhas - Wat Xieng Thong

These images stand behind the royal funerary carriage of Wat Xieng Thong. They seem practically in storage, not really on display. Most are in the Laotian "calling for rain" pose with hands pointed stiffly towards the ground. The pose with hands forward is "dispelling fear."
