New Malay Town Construction

On the side of the estuary leading up to Danga Bay the Malaysians are building a new suburb of Johor Bahru. Perhaps the shops and offices of these buildings will reduce the serious traffic jams of Johor Bahru's "rush hours" (when rushing is impossible).
