Pulau Besar Ferry Dock

We anchored near Pulau Besar and rowed our dinghy (visible at right) to the island's ferry dock. A small ferry took us to the mainland, where we caught a city bus into the old town. Pulau Besar apparently had an Islamic religious retreat of some sort.
