Akasha

Akasha is a new Malaysian group whose performance was the highlight of the first evening of the RWMF. The drummers are able to "voice" their rhythms as well as perform brilliantly with their hands. The sitar player showed his versatility by playing the blues. The lead guitarist is also dynamic. They also have a fine piano player. We would have purchased their CD, but the group is too new to have made one.
