Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy

The 120 foot tall bronze statue of Kuan Yin, goddess of mercy. She is always shown pouring water. A pavilion over the statue was under construction in 2005, and the bottoms of some of the pillars were already in place. Did you notice Nina standing there?
