Kesia Wrapping Cooked Pandanus With Coconut

A self-described "missionary" named "Like" took us to his house where his wife Kesia was preparing Sunday dinner. She mashed pandanus, which Jerry thought tasted like a pumpkin and apple mixture. Then she rolled balls of it in grated coconut and wrapped these in pandanus leaves. Cooking will be done in an underground oven.
