Tadao's Car Parked Beside Bamboo

The Kosrae rainforest includes several sorts of bamboo, like this frilly clump. Tadao used his car, parked by the bamboo, to carry us on a tour around the island. Along the road, even far from houses, were banana trees (left foreground) and other food plants.
