| The head monk of the monastery invited all trekkers to hear his long morning prayer for world peace, translated into English by Harri's brother Rambo (the guide of another group of trekkers). Then he gave each of us a special string bracelet with a blessing for good luck. We made small donations of cash and school supplies. He flashed this big smile as we departed. |
