| On 27 October, 2000, as we were having lunch in Noumea we noticed the newspaper "Les Nouvelles Caledoniennes. We saw ourselves on the front page in a photo of the audience of the Opening Ceremony of the 2000 Pacific Arts Festival. The impatient crowd was making "waves" while waiting for the ceremony to begin. |
