New Bungalow at Tavanipupu Resort

This is a new bungalow under construction at the Tavanipupu Resort on Marau Sound. Englishman Dennis, the owner, stayed here all through "the tension" and this resort is the only one on Guadalcanal which was not destroyed by armed gangs. There were no guests when we arrived, but some might come now that the fighting has stopped.
