| The "Marotosi" dance group tries to involve more young people by including non-traditional dances such as "Hakas" inspired by the Maoris. The idea is to make the practice and performance sessions more fun, and more entertaining. Dance paddles become warclubs for some dances. This group performs when cruise ships visit, (perhaps a couple of visits per year.) |
