One of the desirable features of an ocean-going catamaran is "bridge-deck clearance." If there is not enough space underneath the boat, waves will hit the bottom often, making annoying sounds and degrading performance. "Arctracer" has pretty good bridge-deck clearance and our dinghy can go underneath. It's also fun to swim underneath the boat.
