We joined the Ossining Boat and Canoe Club and kept the boat on a mooring by the clubhouse (in the background) on the Hudson River. Dues for a year's membership were $100 plus 20 hours of work maintaining the clubhouse. Not many yacht clubs can match that price! A small dinghy was our transportation to and from the shore.
