On our return from watching the sunset, Nina convinced her driver to let her try pedaling the trishaw while he rode. He was reluctant, and this photo shows he was not a happy rider. Nina didn't pedal too far once she discovered that the trishaw had almost no brakes and was difficult to control. This was our only trishaw expedition in Bagan.
