Katha is a small, quiet town which we walked around in about an hour. This fish packing operation is remarkable. Tiny fish are packed in baskets with a layer of leaves to keep them moist. The top layers of fish are beautifully arranged in patterns. The final step is to hold the leaves in place with bamboo strips.
