Guesthouses are usually willing to provide meals but it is almost always more costly than outside. Sometimes the guesthouse simply orders "takeout" for the guests and charges a premium price. We often take our chances wandering the streets in search of local food. Egg hoppers are one of our favorite breakfasts. This woman at a tiny roadside stand spreads hopper dough over the sides and bottom of a rounded pan and then drops in an egg. Delicious!
